At DOVAPES, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in every transaction. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.


Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
To cancel, contact our customer support at [email protected] as soon as possible.


Refunds After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, your order is usually processed or in transit to customs. In this case:

  • Full refunds are not available.

  • You may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 90% of your order total, depending on the stage of shipment and recovery costs.


No Refunds After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number issued, we cannot process any refund requests.


Customs Issues (EU Orders Only)

Orders shipped to EU countries are insured. If your package is confiscated by customs:

  • We will resend the order or

  • Provide a full refund, based on your preference.

This insurance is only valid for EU member states.


Delivery Failures Due to Customer Error

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer-related issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.


Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of disposable vape products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective upon arrival

In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A description of the problem


Return Process

If your return is approved, please follow these steps:

  5. Receive Refund/Replacement: After verifying the returned product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Please do not send any products back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
