Order Processing Timeline

After payment confirmation, we will complete order verification, packaging, and other pre-processing within 1-3 working days.


Logistics Transit Time

Standard Delivery: 7-14 working days (specific duration may vary slightly by delivery address region).

In case of remote areas, holidays, customs inspections, or other special circumstances, delivery time may be extended, and we will promptly update logistics progress.

We have selected global premium logistics service providers to ensure end-to-end control of order transportation:

  • DPD
  • UPS
  • Destination country postal system

Order Tracking Service

After shipment, the system will automatically send a notification email to your registered email containing the logistics tracking number.

You can query the package status in real time through the following channels:

  • Enter the tracking number on the “My Orders” page of our website
  • Log in to the official platform of the logistics provider (e.g., DHL/UPS official website)

Shipping Fees and Customs Policy

Shipping Fee Rules:

  • Las tarifas de envío se calculan exhaustivamente en función del peso del pedido, el destino de entrega y el método de logística seleccionado, con cantidades específicas que se muestran al momento del pago.

Customs Duties Liability:

  • For orders from countries and regions other than Canada, we will bear any customs duties, import taxes, etc. generated;
  • Import taxes for Canadian orders shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended to understand local customs policies before placing an order.

Delivery Exception Solutions

In case of the following situations, please contact our customer service team immediately:
  • Logistics information shows that delivery has not been made for more than 5 working days beyond the estimated time
  • The package is lost, damaged, or logistics information is abnormal
