Order Tracking Service

Shipping Fees and Customs Policy
Shipping Fee Rules:
- Las tarifas de envío se calculan exhaustivamente en función del peso del pedido, el destino de entrega y el método de logística seleccionado, con cantidades específicas que se muestran al momento del pago.
Customs Duties Liability:
- For orders from countries and regions other than Canada, we will bear any customs duties, import taxes, etc. generated;
- Import taxes for Canadian orders shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended to understand local customs policies before placing an order.
Delivery Exception Solutions
- Logistics information shows that delivery has not been made for more than 5 working days beyond the estimated time
- The package is lost, damaged, or logistics information is abnormal
